1. Education:

a) Need to have at least 4 yrs Bachelors in CSE, ECE, EEE, IT with 1 yr IT experience. Or

b) Masters (MCA/ MBA –IT) with at least 1 yr IT experience.

2. Experience: Need to have experience in one of the following: Java/J2EE, .Net, QA, DBA, Mainframes, Siebel, SAP ABAP/SAP BW, Oracle, VB, and ASP.

H1B quota will open on Apr 1st with a limit of 65,000. Last year this cap was filled as soon as it was released on 1st April and lot many candidates who wanted to come to USA on H-1B visa for better career prospects missed the opportunity for the reason they did not act on time. Here are the details for H1B:

Documents required: NO ORIGINALS – ALL COPIES

1. Education docs from High School to Highest level of education.

2. Provisional/ convocation/ consolidated mark sheets

3. Passport –need first page, last page and any page with visas or something written on them. DONOT SEND BLANK PAGES

4. Resume

5. Any certifications

6. Experience/ offer letters

If it’s a H4- H1/ L1-H1/L2-H1, apart from the above documents, the following documents are also required: H4 – H1: need H1 copy of spouse along with recent W2 and two recent pay slips, SSN copy, H1 visa copy, marriage certificate and I-94 copies of both H1 and H4

L1/L2 - H1: need L1/L2 copy along with recent pay slips, W2, SSN copy, I-94 copy, and experience / offer letter.
