-Track direct report deliverables
-Maintain strong working relationships with EVP direct reports and other members of the senior leadership team
-Assume independent leadership responsibility for various initiatives and represent the EVP internally and externally as needed
-Interact regularly with senior managers and executive leaders throughout the company
